Baby?

Why does it bug me when people call Jeremiah a baby? Can babies build towers out of legos as high as the sky? :-)

Does a baby say please when asking for a cookie? Or thank you when you deliver it? Or "poo-poo" after doing their business?
Hahahahaha... I love this kid. He's becoming such a big boy.

Blog Press

Man I am so excited right now (as I drive and author this post from my iPhone) because in the last couple of weeks the very first iPhone app was released that let's me blog with multiple photos...from my phone!

So this is my test post. Here's a pic of the first cucmber we harvested from our garden this year (test width 350):

And here's a pic of a homemade limeade:
(test width 150):

And here's a pic of me. I just took this while in the middle of writing this post, on I35 North:
(width 400)

I am moving more and more away from doing things at my computer, like facebook and blogging since this sweet little phone (and sweet little apps) liberates me to do it remotely!

Bing

If you've been following any sort of tech news lately, you probably know that Microsoft is budging back into the game… Google's game. They launched their new, impressive, bing.com which has been the talk of the town amongst Google's rivals. It's a search engine similar to Google.

I really like Google, and the things they've invented. They've really created a lot of amazing new technologies that I use all. The. Time.
But I am really excited about Bing too, because now that there is new competition for Google I can only imagine how things will progress even further. Anyways, I'm excited as usual about technology.. And always anticipate learning of the "new" best technology.

By the way, what's with these search engine giants always naming their company something weird, and then turning it into a verb? Before long, you will hear people say, "don't ask me, go 'bing' it!"

Picture Blogging

My blog has turned into a picture blog. But that's A-OK with me.

Jeremiah climbs to the top of the pool ladder and then wants to be rescued. I'm sure before the end of the summer he'll be jumping in from the top.

But seriously. Is this not the most model-like pose of him you've seen to date? Click for larger version.

Text messages are from God

There are days when I get caught up in the hustle of work and go completely thoughtless of my family. Happens a lot actually, and that's a good thing; focusing on work while I'm at work.

But there is nothing like taking a mini vacation from it to remember why I am so blessed, to have the wife and son that I do and get a text like this one:

I love my life. =)

Prenatal Appointment #1

Today was the first prenatal appointment for child #2. Sheen had an ultra sound, so we got to see the baby. It is about 2 inches long (I think?), and due December 24th.

The baby wiggled around on screen today, as if to say, "Look at me!"

Here's a shot of the equipment the lady used while we watched baby.

And here's baby on the monitor. The baby is white in the picture laying on his/her back, with the head on the left and legs and tushy on the right.

God is so good that He is entrusting us with this child. He/she is a gift from God... needless to say, we are so very excited. And yes, this pregnancy was planned for those of you wondering but haven't asked. If there are any of you left?

Humbled Every Day

I work with three of the coolest, funniest people I know. They're also the most ridiculous. Over the next couple of days I intend to post pictures that I have received, here at work, in my company email inbox, humbling me. See if you can spot the trend. This is the first one (click to enlarge).
