Jeremiah is 5+ Months

He smiles, giggles, screeches, stands, plays, eats, drinks...Grandma Sabrina has been asking for some footage. This was last night.

Rabbit Poo For Sale

So i was cruising the Craigslist cassifieds and came accross some poo. It reads:

"I have some lovely, old rabbit poo in my barn. It's clean and has been kept dry. I am selling it for $5/feedbag. It will be tilled up and really nice to pour on your garden. Rabbit poo is a cool non-burning manure. You will have the best yield out of your garden you have ever had."

And since the Sheen and I are doing our first garden this year, I must admit I am somewhat tempted.

But anyhow, I think this just reiterates that old saying, "one man's rabbit poo could be another man's..." well, you get the idea.

AG's may be going Redneck

So this gift and desire that I have to put together Announcement Guy videos, well it's cool. It's cool because the gift isn't for me. It's for others. For the purpose of building God's kingdom.

Only thing is, this Sunday's AG episode may be redneck-rigged.

Be there. I promise you one thing. It wasn't my idea.

Nate and Evan's New Home: UPDATE

Last night was a late one. We finished the second coat of poly after wrapping up other miscellaneous stuff. In bed by 2AM, but I'm not feeling it. I had my cup-of-jo today.

I think these chums plan on moving into their new home this Wednesday already. Nice.

My main contribution to this whole project has been audio/video 'stuff' plus other help if I could. I'll post details later. But basically I was given permission from the boss (pictured below) to buy :

-Whole house audio system

-Razorback/Theater Room A/V equipment

When asked what he wanted for equipment,

Nate: I don't know. I just want to be able to 'feel' it when a plane flies over my head in a movie. I want to be able to feel it.

Me: okay...

Nate: Just order whatever you would put in your house. Here's my bank account info

Me: (grinning like an eight year old about to spend $50 in a candy store) ok, you got it.

I will be sure to post pics/vids when it's all said and done. Should be soon. I might try and do a knock off version of MTV Cribs. We'll see.

The Decision of Eternity

I chose to wear a blue and navy polo this morning, instead of a black one.
I chose an orange for my lunch, instead of a banana
I chose to spend 2 1/2 minutes with Jeremiah this morning as he woke up right before I left, instead of get to work a few extra minutes early

Setting those aside, let's point out the most important decision you and I will ever make. The decision of where you will spend eternity.

There is a God and there is a devil. There are angels and there are demons. There is a heaven and there is a hell; and you’re going to one of them.

SO, if you want to go to heaven, AND fulfill the plan God has for you on this earth, all you have to do is confess with your mouth that Jesus is your Lord, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead. The bible says if you pray this, you will be saved.

Saved, as in: saved from hell, sin, condemnation, fear, pain, sickness, guilt, suffering, poverty, etc, etc.

Cabin Trip 2005 Recap

Since 2004 or 2005 a few of my good friends have committed to an annual cabin trip. The Hanson's cabin.

I haven't been able to attend the trip the last couple of years because of my life events. You know: AR move, marriage, etc, etc. BUT, it's looking good so far that I'll be coming this year.
There's something about those high school friends; the ones you think about and then LOL. Ya, I just said LOL.

I was caller #50 today!!

This morning I was on my way to work and didn’t have any music with me so I turned on the radio. I had an urge to scan through the radio stations, something I never do.

I came across Kountry 99. It caught my attention because they were doing a $50,000.00 giveaway for the 50th caller because of a 50 Year Anniversary for the station. Just so happens they were on caller number 46 when I came on, so I quickly dialed in after counting to lucky number 7. Don't ask why.

Donny J: Hello, who’s this?
Me: This is Jake from Alma ARKANSAS! What caller am I?
Donny J: YOU’RE CALLER NUMBER 50!!!
Me: WHAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!! HAHAHA!!!!!!!!! WOO-HOOOO!
Donny J: So what are you going to do with your $50K????!!!
Me: I’m going to Disney Land!!!!!!

I think after taxes I will only net like $25-30K, but hay, still not a bad day, ay?
